Nicholas E. Subashi

Nick began his career as a Deputy District Attorney in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania where he prosecuted major felonies, including four murder trials. During his 2 and ½ years in the DA’s office, he tried over 30 jury trials. After leaving the DA’s office, Nick began his civil litigation career, serving as a trial division attorney for Nationwide Insurance Company in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania and in Dayton, Ohio, and as a litigation attorney for the former civil litigation firm of Jenks, Surdyk & Cowdrey. Brian is a litigation attorney experienced in a wide range of topics. He regularly represents individuals, companies, boards of education, and insurers. Tabitha Justice is an “AV Rated” attorney with more than 20 years of experience in civil litigation matters in both state and federal courts. Her practice primarily emphasizes representation of schools, municipalities, and insurance entities. She has defended several precedent-setting cases in the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals and in the Ohio Supreme Court. Ms. Justice previously served with the Ohio Army National Guard and has worked as a Trial Attorney with the United States Department of Justice. Zachary J. Cloutier

Zach is a civil litigator, with a primary concentration in personal injury and insurance coverage defense. He handles cases from pre-litigation to appeal, seeking to aggressively defend his clients’ interests. He has substantial trial experience and, in his first solo jury trial, obtained a defense verdict in his client’s favor. Before joining Subashi, Wildermuth & Justice, Zach served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Patrick D. McAnany of the Kansas Court of Appeals.
