Zach is a civil litigator, with a primary concentration in personal injury and insurance coverage defense. He handles cases from pre-litigation to appeal, seeking to aggressively defend his clients’ interests. He has substantial trial experience and, in his first solo jury trial, obtained a defense verdict in his client’s favor.
Before joining Subashi, Wildermuth & Justice, Zach served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Patrick D. McAnany of the Kansas Court of Appeals. During the clerkship, he gained valuable insight into courts’ decision-making processes and focused exposure to both civil and criminal litigation.
Zach was born and raised in Portland, Maine. He attended Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, receiving a Bachelor of Arts in political science. Before attending law school, he devoted a year of full-time service to Milwaukee’s youth as a Corps Member for City Year Milwaukee.
In his free time, Zach enjoys spending time with his wife, Britney, their two children, Luca and Kennedy, and their two dogs, Lincoln and Quinn.
