Brian is a litigation attorney experienced in a wide range of topics. He regularly represents individuals, companies, boards of education, and insurers. The diverse nature of his practice may find him arguing a teacher termination appeal one day and investigating the scene of a vehicular accident the next.
Brian handles complex litigation ranging from the defense of automobile accidents and other serious personal injury cases, to construction disputes, to civil rights and employment-related discrimination claims, to commercial and probate matters. His experience includes complex insurance coverage disputes and bad faith litigation, as well as the investigation and litigation of arson claims and other first-party insurance disputes.
Brian is the President of the Dayton Bar Association, and he is an active member of the Ohio Association of Civil Trial Attorneys.
Brian is a native of Wapakoneta, Ohio. He and his wife, Jane, reside in Miamisburg with their two daughters.
