Diana Grooms

Diana Grooms is a paralegal at Subashi, Wildermuth & Justice.  Diana has over 20 years of experience as a paralegal in the Miami Valley legal community. She has experience in litigation support in both small and large law firms.  Her current areas of concentration include insurance defense and general litigation support for the firm.  

Diana has acquired a wealth of knowledge regarding Ohio’s Public Records Law and the special privacy protections afforded political subdivision employees, as well as those afforded to public school students under FERPA.  She is well equipped to handle complex, document intensive employment and civil rights cases, as she has been doing so for over the past ten years.  She is also adept at addressing private business client concerns where privacy issues exist with regard to personnel files and information that is confidential and proprietary in nature.

Diana received her Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from Wright State University in 1994 and received her paralegal certificate from the National Center for Paralegal Training in Atlanta, Georgia in 1995.
