Cloutier"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Zach is a civil litigator, with a primary concentration in personal injury and insurance coverage defense. He handles cases from pre-litigation to appeal, seeking to aggressively defend his clients&#8217; interests. He has substantial trial experience and, in his first solo jury trial, obtained a defense verdict in his client&#8217;s favor.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Before joining Subashi, Wildermuth &amp; Justice, Zach served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Patrick D. McAnany of the Kansas Court of Appeals. During the clerkship, he gained valuable insight into courts\u2019 decision-making processes and focused exposure to both civil and criminal litigation.<\/p>\n<p>Zach was born and raised in Portland, Maine. He attended Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, receiving a Bachelor of Arts in political science.
